This apartment renovation in Charlottenburg started with a fully furnished flat. Our first step was a complete clearance, leaving empty rooms ready for a proper renovation.

Walls and ceilings were then skimmed and freshly painted. The electrical system was renewed and all doors were replaced. All rooms now feature flooring in a warm wood look that connects the spaces and creates a calm contrast to the white walls and doors.

As a result, the high ceilings and large windows of this period building really stand out. Plenty of daylight, clean surfaces and an understated design make the rooms flexible, whether as a living room, bedroom or workspace.

The result is a bright, timeless apartment that is ready to move in.
