We completed this bathroom renovation in Moabit in three weeks, from strip-out to final handover.

The foundation is large-format tiles in greige. They run across walls, floor and ledge with minimal grout lines and no busy transitions. Underneath sits underfloor heating that keeps the bathroom comfortable even in winter.

The toilet is mounted on a tiled pre-wall that doubles as a shelf. We kept the washbasin, fixtures and glass-partitioned shower deliberately simple so the materials can speak for themselves.
