A premium retail space of just 65 m² was realized in the heart of the highly frequented Uber Arena. From the very beginning, the architectural concept was clearly defined, setting a strong framework for the project. Our role started with translating this concept into built reality, ensuring that every detail lived up to the intended design and premium character.

The challenge lay not only in the limited space, but also in the complex execution. Several trades had to work in parallel within a very confined area, while at the same time the highest standards for surfaces, materials, and finishes had to be achieved. This required absolute precision, close coordination, and a constant overview of all ongoing processes.

Through detailed construction planning and a carefully thought-out schedule, it was possible to coordinate all trades seamlessly and avoid any downtime. Every step was planned in advance, allowing the team to work efficiently despite the tight conditions. The successful completion of this project once again demonstrated that when space is limited and expectations are high, clear structures, well-prepared processes, and disciplined execution are the key to delivering outstanding results.
