This project was carried out under particularly special conditions, as almost all coordination with the franchisor took place remotely. Classic on-site meetings were largely replaced by telephone calls and video conferences, which required a high level of discipline, clarity, and preparation from everyone involved. Decisions had to be made efficiently and documented precisely, as there was little room for ambiguity.

At the same time, the structural and technical requirements had to be executed with absolute precision within a total area of 122 m². The limited ceiling cavity, heavily constrained by existing building services and ventilation systems, left no margin for improvisation. This was especially critical when planning speaker positions, cable routing, and technical interfaces, where every centimeter mattered.

Through very close internal coordination and forward-looking technical planning, all challenges could be addressed in advance and all deadlines were met as scheduled. The experience gained from this project clearly showed that communication and planning do not depend on physical presence. When processes are well structured and responsibilities are clearly defined, reliable collaboration is not only possible at a distance, but can be highly effective.
